    If you are thinking about trying this program I want you to know that this program works. After only 6 weeks I am back in my skinny clothes, I’ve gained confidence, I feel great and have a plan that I can work for the rest of my life. No other program did that for me. I worked with other trainers, am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers and a Jenny Craig alumni. Why did this program work for me? Five Factors are the keys to success: 1) Accountability – Trainer Jeremy challenges you in a professional, respectful way so that you are motivated to succeed. I just couldn’t let him down! 2) The food plan on the software is fantastic. There are so many options that you will find a food plan that works for you. I now know how to eat for the rest of my life! 3) The 30 minute workouts are unbelievalbly easy and results are far better than the 60 minutes boot camp work outs with other trainers. They aren’t “beat you up” impossilbe workouts. You work out at your own pace, do your best and get results. Anyone can work out for 30 minutes! If you are a busy person then this work out is for you, you get in and get out in 30 minutes. 4) The BCAA Supplements really helped curb hunger 5) You immediately become part of a group program and your team members support you , cheer you on and provide an external motivation that is very powerful.     I am so very grateful for the 6 week program and Jeremy’s coaching. It really worked. I lost 7 pounds (5% of my body weight) and I am back in shape. All my clothes from 2 years ago that I haven’t been able to wear now fit again. It feels amazing. Not only did I lose weight and gain muscle, I now have a method of eating that I can work with for the rest of my life.

    OK, I hit a plateau and was frustrated, Thanks to Coach Jeremy and teammates who talked me through it, I’m over it and moving forward. The last three times during the past two years that I hit this same weight plateau, guess what I did? I gave up and regained the weight I had lost because I didn’t have the support and the map to success that this program provides.

    My weigh-ins are on Mondays which is tough because weekends are the most challenging. Obstacles included a tailgate party and football game, party afterward, working a craft fair concession stand for 4 hrs, family ordering pizza after a long day of sports Sat, big family bday party Sun and a post-funeral dinner. I survived and still lost 2 lbs this week! Plan ahead!!!

    Monday’s workout was tough and I felt it in my legs throughout Tuesday. I know I shouldnt admit this but when the 30 minutes are up, I am always surprised (pleasantly). Great to be working out so efficiently!

    Jamie there is actually no choices to be made after you order. It is so simple eat that food for 1-2 months lose 10-20lbs or more:) Proud of you for stepping up and taking the challenge.
